| We are pleased to announce that Mr. Man Lam has joined our company from December 2008 as a Manager of Valuation and Investment. He provides property valuation and property investment services. Before joining BMI Appraisals, he was a Senior Manager of some international surveying and property agency firms providing valuation, investment and advisory services for properties in Hong Kong, the PRC and Macau.
Mr. Man Lam is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Certified Practicing Valuer in Australia.
