Attended by more than 50 members CPA Australia, the seminar featured an overview of development of stocks markets in Hong Kong and China. It also covered the practice of real estate valuations related to IPO market and discussed the regulatory requirements of real estate valuations in China. Dr. Cheng shared insights into the updates of financial and accounting reporting standards in both regions and their impact on professional valuers.
